4.5 WELDING
The area where welding is done must be protected against particularly unfavorable
weather conditions, such as damp or temperatures below -5°C or above +40°C.
Use the cable and welding parameters suited to the coupling you are using.
4.6 COOLING
The cooling temperature varies, depending on the diameter of the couplings and the
ambient temperature. Always comply with the timing recommendations of the
manufacturers of the pipe and coupling elements used in the welding.
The removal of the aligning devices and disconnection of the welding cables must be
done only after the cooling phase has come to an end.
