To move weigher to a different location
Disconnect the Tru-test indicator, and remove from the post. Failure to do this
could damage the indicator.
Ensure all gates are closed and that all locking mechanisms are engaged.
Tilt the weigher to one side and allow the wheel to lower then push the wheel
towards the entry and lower the weigher down so that wheel axle assembly is
against the stop. Repeat on the other side. The weigher is now in the
transportation position (fig 19 & 20).
Lift the transportation handles so that they are horizontal and against the stops
(fig 21). Lift the handles further to lift that end off the ground. It can now be
easily moved around on the wheels. Move the weigher to the new location and
set down. The handles will return to the hanging position. Rotate the wheels,
re-attach the indicator and the weigher is now ready to use again.

If the weigher is to be transported and strapped down. For example on a trailer
or pickup truck. The tie down straps
MUST NOT
be attached to the inner
frame. Attach to the outer frame as indicated by the ‘strap here only’ stickers
(fig 22).
Strapping to the inner frame will put undue stress on the load
cells and may damage them beyond repair.
