5-3. How to start the detector (power-on)
Before supplying power to the detector, check that the preparation for start-up is completed.
Turn on the power switch located on the left side of the power terminal plate.

CAUTION
Do not turn off the detector during the initial clear. The detector is reading the internal memory
during the initial clear.
If the detector is installed newly or the new sensor is replaced, the sensor must be warmed up for
a specified period which is determined depending on the type of the sensor after the detector is
started.
After the warm-up is completed, perform a calibration.
