1.
Carefully unpack the side ceramic set and
side wall.
2.
First, insert the ceramic sides, left and right,
roughly in position in the base.
3.
Now push the ceramic wall downwards into
the two side wall holders.
(This procedure is eased by slightly tilting
the side wall when installing it).
If the side ceramic set does not seat
correctly, lift it out of the retainer. Turn the
two adjuster screws on the side wall holder
half a turn to the left and repeat the in-
stallation procedure.
To improve the seating of the WHF ceramic,
please stick 3 strips of the flat seal (Fig. 7,
Part 34) onto the cast lid and onto the
mating WHF seating surface (Fig. 3, Part 21).
On this firing appliance, it is necessary to
ensure that the chimney draft reaches at
least the prescribed value (> 0.8 mbar).
If there is a problem in achieving this value,
contact your chimney sweep/maintenance
engineer.

We recommend that the appliance be fitted
to the chimney before the individual oven
components are assembled.
SUSPENDING THE DRAW PLATE
(Fig. 8)
1.
With the combustion chamber door open,
the draw plate (Part 58) in positioned in the
combustion chamber in a diagonal position.
2.
Now, first one side and then the other side
of the draw plate is lifted over the vertical
fire-clay component, aligned centrally and
then placed on the vertical fire-clay com-
ponent, using the edging strips. The draw
plate is then pushed back into position.
CHANGING THE FLUE SUPPORT
(Fig. 3)
from an upper connection to a rear connec-
tion.
1.
Using a screwdriver, loosen the outer cover
plate (Part 13 - This has been merely inser-
ted in position) from the rear wall.
2.
Loosen the three fixing screws on the flue
support (Part 14). Now loosen the fixing
screws on the inner cover plate (Part 16),
interchange the positions of the parts and
install both parts using the same screws.
On set-up for initial use or on change of
location, cleaning and servicing work, make
sure that the draw plate (Fig. 8, Part 58), the
reverser plates (Fig. 8, Parts 55, 56, 57) and
the wood collector (Fig. 8, Part 62) are
correctly positioned. The reverser plates
are only pushed into position and can
therefore easily be replaced in the event of
breakage or cleaning work. If a flue with a
butterfly damper is fitted, this damper
must be open.
For assembly, position the appliance approxi-
mately into the position it is to finally occupy.
INSTALLATION OF CERAMIC COVER
(Fig. 4)
First engage the side ceramic set in the lower
wall holder, then lift it 2 cm and allow it to
engage in both side wall holders.
