16) Accessory tubing for split systems
For split units, the complete connection lines and connection cables must be ordered
separately as accessories. It is recommended that this accessory be purchased from your
distribution partner. We can supply connecting cables and pre-filled copper tubes up to 10 m
in length.
For special orders, you can receive the Cu lines as accessories as listed below:
- The soldering regulations for refrigerant couplings (5500, 5780/5781 und 5782) are
fulfilled.
- The tubing is evacuated and tested for seal tightness.
- The tubes are delivered in a rolled state. The diameter of the rolls is approx. 1 m.
- The lines are pre-filled with a liquid refrigerant. The filling volume is 75% of the tubing
volume. Liquid filling in g per tube length: see table.
- The suction line is pre-filled with a gaseous refrigerant (pe = 1-2 bar).
- Type of refrigerant: R134a for GEKN; R404a for GEKT.
