SYMPTOM
The following image problem occurs.
CAUSE
Cypress’s USB driver (V1.2.2.0) included with the driver software for the T7210 does not
work correctly when used on Windows 10 Ver.

Note:
This was confirmed not to occur with Windows 10 Ver. 1803, which was used to test the
T7210 driver software V1.0.1.3 before its Jan. 2019 release.
SOLUTION
Permanent:
Update the USB driver (Release: Scheduled for late April 2019).
Temporary:
Until the USB driver can be released, avoid using Windows 10 V.1809, or restore Windows
to the previous version (if within 10 days of update to V.1809).
