For example, when a print defect occurs in the form of a long horizontal streak (in the main scanning
direction) as shown in the illustration below, it may be detected as a collection of multiple dot stains or
multiple streaks in the main scanning direction.

To detect this print error as a streak, configure the settings as follows:

Set [Length of main scan streak] and [Density of main scan streak] to [Level. 5: Severest], respectively.
This helps to ensure that the streak is detected in the main scanning direction.
