[Control Panel] under
[Windows System].

2. Click [View devices and

printers].

3. Click the machine's icon,

and then click [See what's
printing].

4. Click [Printer] on the menu

bar, and then uncheck
[Use Printer Offline].

• If any of these problems persist, turn off the power, pull out the power cord, and contact your sales

or service representative.
