Important Notice:
When installing the ONYX RIP, the ONYX RIP driver must be updated to the version
“Ricoh_Pro_2019-02-15-09-58” or later by following procedures.
If ONYX RIP driver is not updated to this or later version, the device cannot print out any
image via ONYX RIP.
Procedures:
Uninstall the old ONYX RIP driver
Please check followings:
1. Bundled ONYX RIP has been installed.
2. Installed ONXY RIP is initial state.

If new profiles or “QuickSet” have been created or imported, delete them.
Or

Delete printer “Ricoh Pro L51XX” from the ONYX RIP.
How to delete the printer:
1. Select RIP-Queue > FILE > “Manage Printers…”
