report (e.g., no paper).

If the buffer memory of the communication
records for the Journal has become full, fax
communications will become impossible, to
prevent overwriting the communication records
before the machine prints them out.

If the buffer memory of the communication
records for the Journal is full, fax communications
are still possible. But the machine will overwrite
the oldest communication records.
