Paper End Detection

When there is no paper in the tray, the feeler [A] falls into the cutout in the bottom plate,

and the paper end sensor comes on.

Remaining Paper Detection

Remaining paper is detected by the combination of the remaining paper sensor signals.

The signals from the sensors indicate whether there are 500, 450, 250, or 50 sheets

remaining.
