2.3 ADS SENSOR ADJUSTMENT

ADJUSTMENT STANDARD: 3

0.1V

1. Open the upper unit

and clean the white
plate.

2. Remove the right

middle cover.

3. Turn on DIP101-8.

NOTE:

Voltage can be veri-
fied by attaching
multimeter leads to
TP104 (ADS OUT)
and TP106 (GND).

4. Close the upper

unit and turn on the
main switch.

5. Press the Lighter

key [A] 6 times to
select ID level 6,
and press the
Lead Edge Erase
key twice [B] to
specify 10 millime-
ters.

6. Press the Copy Exit

Way key [C].

7. Adjust the ADS out-

put to + 3.0

0.1

volts by turning
VR103.

8. Turn off the main

switch and turn off
DIP switch 101-8.
