3.7 Data Fields
When using a printer, additional information can be shown by entering data in the ID #1 or ID #2 fields.
If a password is in the system, see
to enter the setup menu.
1. From the main setup menu screen, press
ID #1
or
ID #2
.
2. The selected ID is displayed, select
Yes
or
No
to enable or disable the ID.
• If Yes is selected continue to step 3.
• If No is selected the display returns to step 1.

3. The system prompts
Enter ID #1 Name
. Enter data required and press
ENTER
. The new data field will appear on the
main display as a softkey so the operator can change it.
To enter alpha characters, press the
Up
Arrow to access a pop up alphabet. Up to 16 characters can be entered.
