3.2- Additional safety rules for electric tool
Electric tool
•
When the tool is not in use or before performing cleaning, turn it off and remove the battery
pack.
•
Do not leave the tool unattended while in use or immediately after use.
•
Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
•
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use near water or any liquid.
•
Do not expose the tool to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase
the risk of electric shock.
•
Do not operate the tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases or dust.
•
Maintain labels and rating plate through the life of service.
•
Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn on and off. Any tool that cannot be controlled
with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
•
Do not use the tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication.
•
This tool is not intended for use by children and persons with physical, sensory or mental
limitations or a lack of experience or knowledge.
•
Store idle power tool out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with
the tool or these instructions to operate the tool.
Battery charger
•
Do not abuse the power cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the
power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
•
Use the power adaptor indoor only.
•
Do not place any object on top of charger or on a surface that might block the ventilation
slots and result in excessive internal heat. Place the charger in position away from any heat
source.
•
Do not disassemble charger. Take it to authorized service center when service or repair is
required. Incorrect reassemble may result in a risk of electric shock or fire.
•
Perform charging in ambient environment.
•
Unplug the charger from the main when not in use.
Battery pack
•
Do not incinerate the battery even if it is severely damaged or is completely worn out. The
battery can explode in fire.
•
Leakage of liquid from the battery cells may occur under extreme usage or temperature
conditions.
•
Do not connect the positive and negative terminals with metal objects. Battery could be
short-circuited and resulted in battery damage or fire.
3.3- Special warnings when using this product
•
Do not use the tools in any operations that beyond the intended purpose.
•
Use with specifically designated Li-ion battery packs (not included). Use of other batteries
may cause fire. See Table 3 for more information.
•
Recharge the battery pack with specifically designated Ribimex chargers (not included). Use
of other chargers may cause fire. See Table 2 for more information.
