4.4.2- Manual function
The manual function can be used at any time.
- Set the run time adjustment knob (4) to ON and the valve will automatically remain open for up to
30 minutes.
- Set the run time adjustment knob (4) to OFF and the valve will close immediately.
After completing the manual function, place back the run time adjustment knob (4) to its
original position.
4.4.3- Time delay function
To delay the watering starting time, press the + h time delay button (5).
Set the frequency adjustment knob (6) to "Reset".
Make sure that the operation indicator light (3) is flashing red.
Then press the delay h (5): the light should then flash once in green.
1 pressure will delay watering for 1 hour for a maximum delay of 12 hours.
4.5- Programming example
EXAMPLE A
To set up a daily watering for 10 minutes at 06:00am and 06:00pm:
At 06:00am or 06:00pm, set the run time adjustment knob (4) to 10min.
Set the frequency adjustment knob (6) to "Reset" and then to 12 hours.
EXAMPLE B
To set a daily watering for 20 minutes at 07:00am:
At 07:00am, set the run time adjustment knob (4) to 20min.
Set the frequency adjustment knob (6) to "Reset" and then to 24 hours.
V. OPERATION
5.1- Intended use
- The product is intended for outdoor domestic use in private gardens.
- The product is intended for programming watering (for ex. Lawn, plants, drip irrigation…)
- Only use clear fresh water with temperature below 40
C.
- The operating pressure should be 0.5bar minimum and 12bar maximum.
- This product may not be used to do other things outside of the described scope in this manual.
- Do not use the product for unsuitable purposes (for ex. for watering live stock; for food liquids;
chemical substances …)
- The product is not intended for professional or industrial use (for ex.: in public parks, sports
grounds…).
5.2- Information on the battery:
- Insert the batteries respecting the polarity.
- The operating indicator light stays on continuously when the battery level is low. Replace the
batteries. If the batteries are not replaced on time, the timer will turn off and the valve will close
automatically.
- Remove the batteries from product during periods of prolonged non-use.
VI. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Before any intervention on the product, make sure to remove the batteries.
6.1- Cleaning
- Clean the plastic parts with a soft and clean cloth.
