SETUP AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The mower comes shipped from the factory as a parts box, a base trailer, and the desired wings and rear head.
Refer to the assembly instruction sheet 5020W for final assembly instructions.

All references to location as right, left, front, rear, top, and bottom is viewed facing the direction of forward
travel when the mower is properly attached to the tractor.  

Select a suitable, solid, level work area to assemble mower components, perform maintenance, and make
needed repairs.

Refer to the torque chart in the Maintenance Section when tightening hardware.  All bolts are Grade 5 unless
otherwise specified.

Never work under the Implement, the framework, or any lifted
component unless the Implement is securely supported or blocked up
to prevent sudden or inadvertent falling which could cause serious
injury or even death.
