WORKOUT PROGRAMMES
A
Workout programmes (P1–P24/H1)
There are 24 different available workout programmes. One
workout session lasts respectively 30 minutes. The pro-
grammes P1–P14 differ in the sequence of the treadmill
speed. The programmes P15–P24 differ regarding the tread-
mill speed as well as the incline setting. They are therefore
only suitable for people in good physical condition.
In the H1 programme, enter your desired workout time (min.
5 minutes) as well as your personal target pulse (60–220
BPM) using the EINGABE button. The computer adapts the
inclination of the treadmill to your target pulse every 15
seconds.
You can select one of the 24 workout programmes or the H1
programme with the MODUS button and the TEMPO arrow
keys. The current workout programme is displayed in the
centre of the right display area (P1–P24/H1). You start the
selected programme by pressing the START button.
It is possible to individually adjust the speed or the inclina-
tion during the workout at any time using the TEMPO or
STEIGUNGS arrow keys.
