7.0 Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
i. Charge Light does not come
on when the car is put on
charge.
ii. Temperature Light is on while
charging.
PROBLEM
7.1 CHARGING
There may not be power supply at the
External Power Source.
Charging Cable may not be connected
properly either at the external Power
Source or at the On-board Charge
Port.
Charging time of your car has
increased due to high ambient
Power Supply needs to be restored /
ensured.
Re-insert the charging cable at the
external Power Source and / or the
on-board Charge Port and check that
power supply is available.
Charge in shade/cooler temperature
or during the night when the ambient
temperature is reduced.
POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
i. Lights on the Instrument Cluster
do not come on when the start-
up key is turned ON, and your
car does not move.
PROBLEM
7.2 DRIVING
The Charging Cable may not have
been removed from the external Power
Source. Turn the Control Knob to Neutral
mode [N] and engage the parking
brake. Remove the Charging Cable
from the external power source and
then from the on-board charge port.
