Safety Notes
Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Do not place the radio-controlled wall clock and the transmitter close to
heaters, air conditioners, computers and TV sets. Such devices may cause
faulty readings.
Do not leave packaging materials in the range of children. Plastic bags may
become dangerous toys.
The units do not belong into the hands of children; both parts contain small
and fragile parts.
Use only batteries specified in this manual and remove them from the units
when you do not intend to use them for some time.
Use the radio-controlled wall clock only indoors. The transmitter is splash
proof and suitable for outdoor use.
Do not expose the radio-controlled wall clock and the transmitter to violent
impact or vibration. Protect the units from conditions as extreme heat, cold,
humidity or dust.
Do not disassemble the units; they do not contain parts serviceable by you. In
the case of malfunctions please contact our customer support service.
Do not disassemble, burn or short-circuit batteries and do not attempt to
recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Do not mix old and new batteries in the units. Preferably use alkaline
batteries for proper function.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries do not
belong in household garbage.
