Routine Maintenance

To run efficiently, your ReSPR FLEX requires cleaning on a 60 to 90 day

cycle. Every month the display will remind you to clean the unit.  The

best way to tell if the Filter Assembly needs to be cleaned is to check

the front grill for dust.  If the front grill is dusty, you should remove and

clean the Filter Assembly. If the front grill is not dusty, you can press the

Normal/High button for 3 seconds and you will be reminded again in 30

days.

To remove and clean the Filter Assembly you will need a
#2 Phillips screwdriver.

Removing the Rear Cover

1.  Turn off the unit with the Power button.
2.  Unplug the unit from the power source and then remove

the power cord from the back of the unit.

3.  Unscrew and remove the Rear Cover screw located above

the Power Cord Port.

4.  Slide the rear cover upwards and pull it out
5.  Wipe the rear cover with a damp cloth and set to the side.

Removing and Cleaning the Filter Assembly

1.  Unit should be powered OFF and Power Cord should

be disconnected when Cleaning/Disassembling/

Reassembling/Servicing.

2.  Grasp the top of the Filter, lift slightly and pull it away

from the unit.

3.  Thoroughly rinse the filter with warm water. Shake

excess water from the filter and let it dry for an hour

before reattaching it.
