1. Never use any alcohol-containing detergents to clean matt black painted
appliances as these detergents cause changes in colour.
2. Clean or replace the grease filters regularly. Fat-saturated filters will easily catch
fire and cause unpleasant odours.
3. Contaminated grease filters increase the capacity of the appliance.
4. Clean the surfaces with warm water and a mild, non-acrid detergent.
5. When you clean or replace the grease filters or the carbon filters also clean all
visible components on the bottom of the appliance with a mild, non- acrid and fat-
dissolving detergent.

The motor and electric components of the appliance
must not come in contact
with water.
7. Do not clean the control panel with a wet cloth. Use a damp cloth; otherwise water
will get into the panel and damage the electric components.

use a steam cleaner.

use any abrasive detergents.
1. Use a non-abrasive detergent for stainless steel which is available at your
supermarket.
2. Use a maintenance product for stainless steel. Use such a product carefully and
economically.

5. Do not damage the grid of metal-made grease filters. The colour of the metal
surface may change due to frequent cleaning as well as the use of aggressive
detergents.
6. Such changes do not influence the capacity of the appliance and are no reason
for complaint.
