8 Troubleshooting and alarms

Long fill time for rinse tank

Time to fill the rinse tank has exceeded 5 
minutes.

Check the water supply to the machine 
and the solenoid valve for filling the rinse 
tank. Reset the alarm with the STOP 
button. Contact a service technician if the 
problem persists.

Low water level, foaming 
problem

Foam forming in the machine.

Be sure not to get any unauthorized 
detergents inside machine. Drain all the 
water and rinse inside of the cabinet and 
wash tank thoroughly before refilling with 
water. If the foaming problem continues 
contact the detergent supplier to check 
dosing. Reset with the STOP button.

Long rinse time

The lower level sensor in the rinse tank has 
not indicated that the right amount of water 
has been pumped out.

Contact a service technician!

The drain valve is not 
closed, close the drain 
valve!

The drain valve has been opened during an 
active process in the machine.

Close the drain valve and reset the alarm 
with the STOP button.

The motor protection for 
the wash pump has been 
triggered.

The wash pump motor is overloaded, the 
program is interrupted.

Contact a service technician!

The basket drive shaft has 
been blocked

Something is preventing the basket from 
moving, equipment protruding from the 
basket.

Carefully check that nothing has jammed 
between the basket and the basket 
wheel. Reset the alarm by pressing the 
STOP button

IO-board not tested after 
manufacture

Faulty IO-board.

Contact a service technician!

Clean the level sensor in 
the wash tank.

The level sensor is probably dirty or the 
tank was not completely drained after long 
shutdown period.

The level sensor in the wash tank is dirty, 
or the power was interrupted by the main 
switch with a partially full wash tank. If the 
water looks dirty, drain the machine.

If the machine is not drained at the end 
of the day, let the main switch stay on 
and put the machine in standby mode by 
pressing the Stop button. All functions 
and activities will stop. Press the function 
button twice to reactivate the machine.

Short rinse time

The rinse water is pumped out too quickly, 
which results in insufficient rinsing.

Contact a service technician!

Erroneous signal from one 
of the temperature sensors

One of the temperature sensors may be 
malfunctioning.

Turn off the main power switch to the 
machine. Wait at least 30 seconds. Turn 
on the main power switch again. If the 
fault remains, repeat the procedure again. 
If the fault remains after repeating the 
procedure, contact a service technician.

ID error

Electrical error, identity outside range.

Check connections to ID resistors.

Wrong incoming voltage to 
IO circuit board.

Wrong incoming voltage to IO circuit board.

Continued operation can cause damage 
to the machine. Check voltage on supply. 
Check that the correct primary on the 
transformer is used.
