100 Solar

For a secure mounting, use and maintenance of your screen, you should take into account 

sufficient regulations (do not work on ladders and wear safety clothes and shoes).

Attention:

 with the Fixscreen 100 Solar IM1, do not remove the protection from 

the solar cell until it has been installed.

4 • Preparation of the empty box

Place the box on a mobile workbench.

Demount the cover plate 

from the box, by unscrewing 

2 screws, on both ends of 

the box.

Detach the connector from 

the motor cable 

(this last step 

is not required for a separate 

solar panel)

.

Remove the shield plate for the cable, by unscrewing the 

screws 

(this step is not required for a separate solar panel)

. 

In the box you will find 2 guiding pieces at each end of the 

fabric roller, fixed with a couple of screws. Unscrew them at 

both ends. Pull the slides out of the box, without twisting or 

using additional tools. This will release the motor, and the 

fabric roller can be removed from the box together with the 

fabric and bottom rail.
