Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible solution
No video output
Make sure all cables are firmly inserted into the input/
output ports.
Try using another HDMI cable.
Receiver failed to start
up or turns on and off
repeatedly
Check the power supply. The USB port/adapter to
which the product is connected must be compatible
with the input voltage and current specified for the
product in the Technical data section.
Poor Wi-Fi connectivity
Try to minimize interference by positioning the
product away from other wireless devices or high
power consumption appliances (such as, Wi-Fi router,
microwave, air conditioner, etc.)
Do not connect too many devices to your home router
when streaming or mirroring for optimal viewing
experience.
Cannot pause screen
mirroring temporarily
with single press on the
Control button
It is recommended to tap stop mirroring on your phone
or turn off mirroring on your computer directly.
Some external displays (monitors or projectors) cannot
display the signal in HDMI Hot Plug Detect (HPD)
format.
You may not be able to operate the pause mirroring
function or it may take longer to execute the pause
command.
Once my smartphone,
tablet or computer is
connected to the product,
my device disconnects
from the local Wi-Fi
network
Connect the product and your smartphone, tablet or
computer to the same Wi-Fi network. In this way, you
can mirror the screen of your mobile device through
the product and at the same time connect to the Wi-Fi
network to access the Internet.
If connection fails, try turning off the cellular connection
(e.g. 4G or 5G) on your smartphone before connecting
the product and your smartphone to the same Wi-Fi
network.
9 Cleaning and care
Important:
– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions.
They damage the housing and can cause the product to malfunction.
–
Do not immerse the product in water. Do not rinse the product under the tap or expose
to moisture.
Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the power supply and the connected device.
Wipe the product with a soft, dry cloth.
10 Disposal
10.1 Product
This symbol must appear on any electrical and electronic equipment placed on the
EU market. This symbol indicates that this device should not be disposed of as
unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.
Owners of WEEE (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment) shall dispose
of it separately from unsorted municipal waste. Spent batteries and accumulators,
which are not enclosed by the WEEE, as well as lamps that can be removed from
the WEEE in a non-destructive manner, must be removed by end users from the
WEEE in a non-destructive manner before it is handed over to a collection point.
Distributors of electrical and electronic equipment are legally obliged to provide free take-back
