11. Video Output
• Connect the video output (3.5 mm jack socket at the rear of the slide scanner) to an analogue
video input of your screen or TV via the enclosed cable.
• The slide scanner recognises connection of a cable automatically and switches off the in-
ternal display.
• Select the correct input on the screen or TV.
• To display the picture again on the slide scanner display, disconnect the cable from the slide
scanner.
12. Troubleshooting
With this slide scanner, you purchased a product built to the state of the art and operationally
safe. Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur. The following contains descriptions for the
removal of possible interferences.
Always observe all safety information in these operating instructions!

• Select the right film type.
• Change the brightness or the red, green and blue
shares in the recording.
The picture is blurred
• Insert the slide/negative turned by 180° (swap front and
rear).
Dust particles or scratches
visible in the scanned image
• Clean the lamp area with the enclosed cleaning rod.
• The scanned slide/negative is dirty.
No access to the internal
memory of the slide scanner
• No SD/SDHC memory card must be inserted.
No images can be saved.
• The memory is full.
• The write protection (the small slider at the edge of the
memory card) of the inserted SD/SDHC memory card
is activated.
