Loading the Unique Key Encryption Key (UKEK)
UKEK
: The Unique Key Encryption Key will be used to decode KMMs from the KMF. This will allow the
TEK keysets to be sent to the radio via the OTAR process.

Turn on the KVL and the target radio, then connect them using the appropriate cable.

from the Main Menu. The following screen is displayed.
