3.4.9 SMTP server (Email Config)
The IP address of the email/SMTP server. SMTP server routes SMTP
messages throughout the Internet to e-mail servers that provide message
repositories for incoming mail.
3.4.10 Resolve IP/Hostname button
T58 will try to connect to the DNS server in order to resolve the IP address or
Hostname of the SMTP server specified in the text box control.
3.4.11 Use SMTP Authentication (Email Config)
The option for the T58 to use SMTP Authentication in connecting to the
email server when applicable. The Authentication mechanism supported in
T58 is ‘AUTH LOGIN’.
3.4.12 Username (Email Config)
The username used in the SMTP Authentication connection to the SMTP
server when T58 is sending an email.
3.4.13 Password (Email Config)
The password used in the SMTP Authentication connection to the SMTP
server when T58 is sending an email.
3.4.14 Hide Password (Email Config)
Hides the password from T58Programmer display screen when the checkbox
is ticked.
3.4.15 Send Test Email (Email Config)
This button allow user to get the T58 to send a test email message using the
email settings already programmed in the board.
3.4.16 Read Config
Reads all the T58 configurations data from the serial port and display them on
the screen.
3.4.17 Write Config
Writes all the configurations data into the T58.
Warning
: do not turn the
power off to the radio for at least few seconds after the write process.
