Q: What if I shift /change my residence?

Since BIG TV services will be available across India, your equipment will
remain the same anywhere in the country. Installation of the equipment will
be done at your new place at nominal charges under Re-Location policy.
You may contact BIG TV Customer Care centre to initiate the process.
Q: How do I recharge my subscription?
A:
Your BIG TV subscription can be recharged by a simple BIG TV Recharge
Voucher (RCV). These vouchers are available at Reliance World & Reliance
Communication outlets and with various dealers. After purchasing your RCV,
remember to keep your Smart Card number and Recharge PIN number handy
and then simply recharge using the following methods:
1. Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Call 022-3033 7474 or
1800-200-9002 (toll-free) and follow the instructions on the IVR.
2. Web Recharge: Log on to www.bigtv.co.in, click on ‘Recharge’ and
follow the instructions on your screen.

Q: Will BIG TV remote work for my TV set also?
A:
BIG TV remote is made to be used for BIG TV STB only. You can change
channels and volume with your BIG TV remote for the BIG TV service. You will
need to use your TV remote to operate your regular TV/Cable service.

BIG TV is responsible for the maintenance of all equipment and services.
In case of any damage to the equipment the damage will be evaluated
and service provided on a chargeable basis.
Q: Can I connect BIG TV to our PC?
A:
No, this facility is currently not available with BIG TV.
