Fault Remedy
Clamping cylinder plunger shows no or only
delayed movement after actuating pump .
- Check hydraulic hose for leakage (not under
pressure), and have it changed if necessary.
- Check foot pump and clamping tool for leakage (not under pressure);
if necessary, have tool serviced at REHAU’s service center.
- Vent tool
Tool unable to push compression sleeve
up to fitting .
- Check hydraulic hose for leakage (not under pressure),
and have it changed if necessary.
- Check foot pump and clamping tool for leakage (not under pressure);
if necessary, have tool serviced at REHAU’s service center.
- Vent tool
If the faults cannot be remedied, return tool to REHAU’s service center or to your dealer .
