11. Troubleshooting & repair
The expected device lifetime is about 5 to 10 years (battery and accessories excluded).
The battery life is defined on 500 complete charge/discharge cycles until its capacity falls
under 80% of its original capacity.
Please check the following table when you are experiencing problems. This might help
you solve the issue.
