Cooking with hi-light
Power hob
Press the button to turn on the cooktop. The display on the cooking zone will switch to standby . The
control unit will remain active for a time of 10 seconds. If will not be selected any areas wthin this time, the
cooktop will turn off automatically.
Cooking zone on
Press the button to activate the cooking zone. Adjust the power level required using the keys or .
The power of the single zone can be adjusted in 9 different positions, and will be displayed in its bright display
with a number from “1 to 9.”
Extension cooking zone
To activate or disactivate the double zone, press the key, when the cooking zone is powered.
Residual heat
If the temperature of the cooking zone is still high (greater than 50 °) after being turned off, the display L relative
to that area will show the symbol (residual heat).
The display disappears when there is no risk of burns.
Timer
Questa funzione permette di stabilire il tempo (da 1 minuto fino a 99 minuti) per lo spegnimento automatico della
zona di cottura selezionata.
Attivare la zona di cottura a qualsiasi potenza. (Vedere accensione zona cottura)
Premere contemporaneamente i tasti C e B.
Il display E verrà attivato. Regolare con i tasti C e B il tempo di
spegnimento (in minuti). Allo scadere del timer la zona cottura si spegnerà automaticamente e verrà emesso un
segnale acustico che potrà essere disattivato premendo un qualsiasi tasto dell’area comandi.
Egg / reminder Timer

active. The function of egg timer / reminder remains active even after powering off.
To disable this function, simultaneously press the C and B and then the C key to value .
AUTOMATIC PRE-HEATING
This function determines pre-heating of the cooking area at maximum power in order to take the the area to working
temperature quickly.
To activate this function, press C key in the cooking area of interest in order to select power level 9, then press the B
key once until lights up on the display. Adjust the cooking power by acting on the C key. The display will alternatively
show the automatic pre-heating symbol and the set power level. At the end of the pre-heating phase the cooking
area will automatically set itself at the set power level.
Heating function
This function is identified with the symbol on the display of the relevant cooking zone, is used to keep food warm
inside the pot.
Work with a power consumption of 1.5% of the power of the cooking zone selected.
To enable this feature, select a cooking zone via the D key, then press the (level 1) and then the key .
Cooking area off
To turn off the hotplate press the key untill the position .
Off Hob
To completely switch off the hob press the key .
Safety hob
The apparatus is provided with a safety system that automatically switches off the cooking time has elapsed
ignition limit at a given potenza.
