Shut-down Procedure
2.6.1
Daily shut down
To stop the system for maintenance or for long periods, turn the switch OFF, no
other procedures are necessary.
2.7
Routine
maintenance
Once a month
Clean the outside air heat exchanger (condenser).
Cleaning can be done through the use of compressed air or brush,
taking care not to damage the blades.
On the occasion of the first maintenance, evaluate the dirt deposit condition
and eventually re-schedule following intervention interval.
Once every six months
Cleaning or changing the air filter recirculation evaporator unit.
If necessary, clean the internal exchanger (evaporator) in the same
manner described above for the external heat exchanger.
Once a year
Clean the whole unit.
Replace damaged insulation.
Replace oxidized parts and parts with damaged paint.
Lubrication
The compressor is hermetic and contains the proper quantity and quality of
lubricant oil. It does not require any maintenance.
The fans that do not contain self-lubricating bearings are maintenance-free.
ATTENTION
: All maintenance work should (ordinary and extraordinary)be done
with the unit switched off and disconnected power supply.
