k) Landing the quadrocopter
There are two ways to land the quadrocopter:
Method 1:
If the quadrocopter is in hover flight mode, carefully lower the flight altitude with the left joystick (see Figure 1 no. 13),
until the quadrocopter is safely on its landing legs again.
Once the quadrocopter has landed, move the left joystick to the lowest position and hold it in this position until the
propellers have come to a standstill.
The quadrocopter can now be turned off.
Method 2:
If the quadrocopter is in hover flight mode, press the button
(8) for the automatic landing function.
The quadrocopter will now reduce its flight altitude itself
until it is on its landing legs again. During this time the
LEDs on the quadrocopter will flash slowly.
Once the quadrocopter has landed, the propeller automati-
cally comes to a standstill and the LEDs remain on again.
The quadrocopter can now be turned off.
