3.0 FIRST 

INSTALLATION 

VERTI-CUT 

 
The machine is in the transport position on the pallet. To remove the pallet, follow the 
instructions below: 

(see Fig.6) 

 

 

 

!! NEVER CRAWL UNDERNEATH THE MACHINE!! 

 

1.

  Secure a cable to the lifting points (1) and to the separate harrowing cages. 

2.

  Remove the harrowing cages and other loose parts (2). 

 

Ensure that the cable/crane/lift can lift at least twice the weight of the machine 

(See section 1.0 technical data for the weight)  

 

3.

  Secure two cables to points on the sides of the front crossbar of the machine, one to the 

centre of the rear crossbar and lift the machine a couple of centimetres off the ground (4). 

4.

  Detach the back of the machine from the pallet (3), after which you can remove the pins (5) at 

the front of the machine. 

5.

  Remove the three loose parts (6&7) from the pallet. 

6.

  Remove the pallet (8) from underneath the machine. 

 

The machine stands on the pallet in semi-assembled form. Follow these instructions to fully 
assemble the machine: 

(see Fig.7, Fig.8 and Fig.9)

  Secure the back beam (1) before placing the machine on the ground. Unfold the height-

adjustable leg (2). Slowly lower the machine until it stands on the ground 

(see Fig. 7)

.

 

2.

 

Now secure the three harrowing cages, 

(see Fig.8)

. Make sure that cage 1 is fitted on the left, 

cage 2 in the centre and cage 3 on the right.
