1. Place Lens Port over Housing Port with Lens Port Lock Tab aligned with housing Lens
Port Lock Tab Groove just below the Lens Port Release Button. Make sure Lens Port is
resting horizontally even on the Housing Port with a uniform gap and push Lens Port
straight down into Housing Port seating it fully.
2. With Lens Port pushed completely onto the Housing Port, rotate Lens Port
counterclockwise until it stops with an audible “click” as the Lens Port Release Button
engages.
INSTALLING CAMERA
CAUTION! Before using, please be sure to test the housing (without camera) in a bucket of
freshwater. After use in salt water, rinse thoroughly in a bucket of fresh water without fail,
pressing all buttons, turning all levers and dials several times to flush out salt deposits and
other contaminants. Allowing saltwater and contaminants to dry on housing can damage
functions and O-ring. Clean with fresh water only, using a soft, dry cloth to wipe away water.

Perform proper housing O-ring and O-ring Contact Surface maintenance.

Conduct the following operations in a clean area with low humidity and dust.
1. Remove all accessories from camera including camera strap and strap eyelets.
2. Attach lens to camera. If using a zoom or focus gear, attach it to lens in the proper
position.
3. Check camera settings, battery is charged and media storage capacity is sufficient.
4. Using the camera tripod socket, firmly attach Camera Tray to camera as shown below.
5. Before placing camera with tray attached into the main body of the housing, pull (or push)
Drive Mode Dial, Mode Dial, and ON/OFF Switch up away from housing.
CAUTION! Failing to do so will create an obstruction and camera will NOT seat properly.
