48. WARRANTY PROCEDURE
If a fault is discovered in the product or product
component during the warranty period, or if
components are found missing during the
assembly of the heater, contact the place of
purchase.
Before submitting a warranty claim, carefully
read the instructions for use and make sure that
the claim is not related to improper use or lack of
maintenance.
In warranty matters, the following data must be
submitted to the place of purchase:

The brand and model of the heater
•
The cause for the claim
•
The part number of the defective part
according to the parts list
