• Launch the “Fitdays” app, press ”+” and select “my device”.
• Select “My scale” and go to “Measure”.
• Power ON the device and it will automatically connect with the Fitdays
app.
• Once the device has been successfully connected, fill in your personal
parameters and you can operate the device using the Fitdays app.
Note!
Body fat – body water percentage – muscle mass measurements are
for reference.
Note!
Consult a doctor when you undertake a diet or exercise program.
Note!
The device will only transfer the data to the app whenever the app is
active.
USING THE APP
This device allows you to operate the following functions via the app:
• Measure your weight, body fat, body water percentage, muscle mass,
bone mass & BMI
• Measure your heart rate
• Set reference data
• Generate and view your data in charts
• Set targets
• Share progress
• Add users (such as family members)
• Add another device
• Settings
TROUBLESHOOTING
“The LCD screen does not light up.”
• Make sure the device is turned ON.
• Change the batteries.
“The LCD screen says: Lo.”
• Change the batteries.
“The LCD screen says: Err.”
• The device is overloaded. Step off the device and wait for the LCD screen
to read 0.0 kg.
“My BT enabled appliance is not able to pair with the device.”
• Make sure the device is turned ON before beginning the BT pairing
process.
• Keep the device and your BT enabled appliance within 1 metre (3 ft) of
each other during the BT pairing process.
• Make sure the BT function on your BT enabled appliance is activated.
“The data of the device is not paired with the app.”
• Make sure you have the app opened during weighing and measuring.
• Make sure the device is turned ON before beginning the BT pairing
process.
• Keep the device and your BT enabled appliance within 1 metre (3 ft) of
each other during the BT pairing process.
• Make sure the BT function on your BT enabled appliance is activated.
4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean the device regularly.
• Make sure the device is powered OFF.
• Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid.
• Clean device with a damp cloth. In case of stain marks, glass cleaner can
be used on the glass plate.
• Do not use very hot or cold water on the glass plate.
• Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials, a scouring sponge
or steel wool; these damage the device and will scratch and damage the
surface of the device.
• Thoroughly dry the device.
• Store the device in a dry place.

6) STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION
• When storing the device, it should first be cleaned in accordance with this
user manual. The device should be stored in its original packaging.
• Always store the device in a dry and well-ventilated room and beyond the
reach of children.
• Protect the device against vibrations and shocks during transport.

Your product has been manufactured using high quality materials
and components which can be recycled and used again. At the end
of its service life, this product cannot be disposed of in normal
domestic waste, but must be taken to a special collection point for
recycling electrical and electronic equipment. This is indicated in the user
manual and in the packaging by the crossed-out wheeled dust bin symbol.
Used raw materials are suitable for recycling.
You can ask your local competent council about the location of your
nearest collection point.
By recycling used appliances or raw materials, you are playing an
