Pyrodigital® to DMX Converter - Model PD2DMX-512D

Warranty

Reality Enhancements, Inc. Limited One-Year Warranty

Reality Enhancements, Inc. warrants the PD2DMX Model 512D (Product) 
against defects in materials and workmanship that result in Product failure 
during normal usage according to the following terms and conditions:

1.  The limited warranty for the Product extends for ONE (1) year 

beginning on the date of the purchase of the Product.

2. 

The limited warranty extends to the original purchaser (Purchaser) of 
the Product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent 
purchaser/user.

3. 

During the warranty period, Reality Enhancements, Inc. will repair, or 
replace, at Reality Enhancements, Inc. option, any defective parts, or 
any parts that will not properly operate for their intended use with new 
or factory rebuilt replacement items if such repair or replacement is 
needed because of Product failure during normal usage. No charge 
will be made to the Purchaser for any such parts. The limited warranty 
does not cover defects in appearance, cosmetics or structural 
items. Reality Enhancements, Inc. limit of liability under the limited 
warranty shall be the actual cash value of the Product at the time 
the Purchaser returns the product for repair determined by the price 
paid by the Purchaser for the Product less a reasonable amount for 
usage.  Reality Enhancements, Inc. shall not be liable for any other 
losses of damages. These remedies are the Purchaser’s exclusive 
remedies for breach of warranty.

4. 

The Purchaser shall bear the cost of shipping the Product to Reality 
Enhancements, Inc. in California. Reality Enhancements, Inc. shall 
bear the cost of shipping the Product back to the Purchaser by ground 
freight after the completion of service under this limited warranty.
