69-6825 2.5” Rubicon JL

Remove the nipple off the rubber isolators
using a suitable cutting device.

Install the spring and rubber isolator in

the same orientation as removed. The
springs are top and bottom specific. Raise
the axle up enough to hold the spring as-
sembly in place.

Locate the sway bar end link kit.

Install the urethane bushings and sleeves

into the end links using the supplied
grease pack. Use a light amount of grease
on the bushing and press into the end

link. Use a fair amount of grease on the
inside of the bushing and press the sleeve
into the bushing.
