CINGHIE DI TRASMISSIONE

Regololazione cinghie comando spazzole
Per regolare la tensione delle cinghie 1 e 2, intervenire sulle viti delle
pulegge variabili “A” e “B” nel seguente modo:
•
Avvitare la vite 3.
•
Avvitare la vite 4.
Nota bene:
La vite 4 è sinistra, quindi per avvitarla, ruotarla in
senso antiorario.
Sostituzione delle cinghie comando spazzole
Per la sostituzione delle cinghie procedere nel seguente modo:
•
Allentare completamente la vite 3.
•
Allentare completamente la vite 4 ruotandola in senso orario.
•
Rimuovere le vecchie cinghie e montare quelle nuove.
•
Ripetere la regolazione della tensione delle cinghie come de-
scritto in “regolazione cinghie comando spazzole”.

Adjusting the belts control brushes
To adjust the tension of the belts 1 and 2, act on the screws of the varia-
ble pulleys “A” and “B”. Proceed as follows:
•
Re-tighten screw 3;
•
Re-tighten “left hand screw 4”.
Note:
To screw up the “left hand screw 4” turn it anti-
clockwise.
Replacing the belts control brushes
To replace the belts proceed as follows:
• Slacken
off screw 3 completely;
• Slacken
off screw 4 completely, turn it clockwise;
•
Remove old belts and install the new one;
•
Repeat the adjusting of the belts as described at “ Adjusting the
belts control brushes”.

Regulación de las correas accionamiento cepillos
Para regular la tensión del las correas 1 y 2, actuar en los tornillos de las
poleas variables “A” y “B” en el siguiente modo:
•
Tornillar el tornillo 3.
•
Tornillar el tornillo 4.
Nota:
El tornillo 4 es tipo con rosca izquierda, para tornil-
larlo, girarlo en sentido opuesto a las agujas del reloj.
Sustitución de las correas accionamiento cepillos
Para la sustitución de las correas proceder en el siguiente modo:
• Afl ojar completamente el tornillo 3.
• Afl ojar completamente el tornillo 4 girandolo en sentido hora-
rio.
•
Quitar las viejas correas y montar las nuevas.
•
Repetir la regulación de la tensión de las correas como se de-
scribe en “Regulación de las correas accionamiento cepillos”.
