assembly into the Box Slider and lightly tighten the setscrew. Place lube (light oil or grease) into the bottom
channels of the Box Slider and slide onto the Box Rail. Manually slide this assembly front and back a few times.
Remove this assembly and wipe off the excess lubricant from the top surface of the Box Rail. Place lube on the
Roller and reinstall assembly onto Box Rail. Length adjustment is covered under “
ADJUSTMENT ” Section 3.
Using Bag #6, slide 5-40x3/4” Socket Head Cap Screw (SHCS) up through the Shell Plate Assembly and secure
with 5-40 hex nut. Slide one end of the Return Spring onto the threads of the SHCS and extend the spring back
to attach to the threads of the setscrew protruding from the side of the Box Slider.
Install the Feed Tube Top Bushing into the top of the Housing. Slide the clear
plastic Case Feed Tube into the Housing. NOTE: The vertical machined slot in
the Case Feed Tube must face out towards the user. The “U” shaped cutouts
will rest on the threads of the setscrews installed from Bag #3.
