Using Part bag #3, install the three 8-32x1/4” set screws into the Bracket so that the “head” of the setscrew is
flush with the top of the Bracket. Attach the Case Feed Bracket to the Case Feed Housing. Place the bottom
Bushing into the Housing and secure with the two 10-32x1/4” set screws. NOTE: The Bottom bushing has a “U”
shaped cutout, this feature is oriented to the user with the opening of the “U” upwards. The Set screws should
be installed so that the “heads” are flush with the sides of the Housing. Use the two 10-32x5/8” BHCS to loosely
attach the “Case Feed Housing assembly” to the top of the Pro Chucker press frame.
Open Bag #4 and slide the Box Slider onto the Box Rail and center underneath the Housing Assembly, bring the
Handle down until the Box Slider contacts the Housing. You will need to adjust the three 8-32x1/4” set screws
in the Housing Bracket to make level contact. Once the Housing is square and level, tighten the two 10-32x5/8”
BHCS to secure the Housing.
Remove the Lock Pin from under the Shell Plate Holder. Bring the handle up.
Remove the Box Slider from the Box Rail.
Pass the Case Pusher Actuator Arm into the Roller and secure into the rear front of the Box Slider. NOTE, the
Roller has an interior shoulder that matches up with the Case Pusher Actuator Arm, do not install backwards or
you will damage the Roller. Thread the 6-32x1/2” setscrew into the front of the Box Slider. Do not thread it into
the main shaft.
Using Parts Bag #5, install the 8-32x1/4” setscrew into the top of the Case Pusher V Block and the Box slider.
Insert the Case Feeder Shaft into the Case Pusher V Block, short flat side up, secure the setscrew. Slide this
