1 means the device is using power from the
digital input port to control the relays.

0 means power is being derived from USB

Description

This  query  allows  the  user  to  check  which
power  source  is  being  used  to  operate  the
relays.  It  cannot  be  set  over  the  USB  serial
bus,  so  there  is  no  command  form.    Power
from  the  digital  input  port  is  always  used  for
the relays if it is present.

The microcontroller always runs on power
derived from USB.
