10. Take note of the Chart licence request number (highlighted in the illustration

above).

11. Repeat steps 5 through 9 for each chart you want to purchase.
12. Click

Call Center in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Contact details for C-

Map will be displayed.

13. Contact C-Map at the relevant center shown in the Call Center list and

purchase license keys for each chart you want to install. Take a careful note of
these numbers as they will be required to register the charts.

14. Click Insert Chart Licence in the toolbar at the top of the screen. The screen

updates to allow chart registration.

15. Using the on-screen keyboard type in the license key for each chart that you

have purchased.

Note:

Make sure that the license key is entered correctly. Mistakes are not brought to your

attention, the chart will install, but not operate until the correct number is entered.

16. Click

Charts list.
The chart is now copied to the hard drive of the Navigation computer and will
automatically be available through the C-Map chart layer.

17. Remove the CD-ROM from the Navigation computer.
18. Replace CD-ROM drive protective cover.
