3. Remove the hand knob screws from the hooks (c). Then, insert the two (2) hand
knob screws through the elongated holes on both ends of the hanger (b).
4. Place the hooks (c) onto the hand knob screws from the other side of the hanger
(b). Then, tighten the hand knob screws so the hooks (c) are securely in place.
