Step Three: Download the Safer Walking App to

your smartphone

Download the Safer Walking App onto the smartphone(s) that you will

use to locate the person who is using the GPS locator.

1. If you have an

iPhone

, go to the App Store; If you have an

Android phone

, go to the Google Play Store

2. Search for “safer walking” and install the “Safer Walking” App

by Ravencourt Ltd. from the available list of Apps (see image

below)

The App is free to download – you can access your paid account by

logging into the App when you have downloaded it.

Up to 5 people can use the login details that were used to register the

account (see page 5), to access the Safer Walking App on their

smartphone or tablet. This enables several family members to support

the person who carries the GPS locator.
