You can press the Cooking temperature button to call up the current data, such as the actual

cooking temperature, actual core temperature and elapsed cooking time.

The actual values are displayed continuously if you hold down the Cooking temperature button

for 10 seconds. Press the Cooking temperature button again to return to the set values.
