3. If installing the unit on an original base, insert the drain pipe through the
recess in the base.

4. Keep a minimum clearance of at least 20 mm [3/4 inches] between the
drain channel and the waste water drain. The manufacturer recommends a
minimum clearance of 50 mm [2 inches], in order to facilitate cleaning.
