Manual cooking

In manual operating modes, your iCombi Pro assists you in practicing your own
culinary artistry.

After choosing this operating mode, adjust your climate settings, and then select
whether you want to cook with steam, hot air, or a combination of both. Then set
the cooking cabinet temperature, the air speed, and the cooking time, and make
any remaining decisions yourself. Manual modes give you total control over
exactly how your food turns out.
