6 . Commissioning
Switch the Main Circuit Breaker (MCB) in the consumer unit back on to provide power from
the main grid to the charger(s). The charger switches on and boots up. The power LED lights
up green to indicate the charger is powered.
The booting sequence is finished when the Ready/Charge LED lights up.
Note: For optimal use of the charger, connect the charger to the internet via Ethernet
cable. If that is not possible, connect via Wi-Fi.
6 . 1 . Note down the unique passcode of the charger
It is important to save the unique Bluetooth ® wireless technology passcode of the charger.
This code is necessary when the charger has to be restored to the factory settings. The
unique passcode of your charger is a 6-digit code.
6 . 2 . Download the Ratio EV Charging App
Install the Ratio EV Charging App and create an account before use.
1 . Scan the QR code.
Alternatively, go to the Google Play store or App Store on your device
and search for "Ratio".
2 . Download the Ratio EV Charging App.
3 . Follow the steps in the app to login to your account or create a new
account. See chapter 6 . 4 . for more information.
Note: During a first installation, the Advanced settings menu must always be opened and
run through.
